Does Perezhogin have more potentiel than Balej?

I haven't seen Balej much, but I have big doubts seeying him scoring 30 goals in the NHL. IMO he's no better than a second liner on a lesser talanted team, with a 20-22 goals/year upside.
I think Perezhogin has a brighter future, but he won't be a dominant player..lack of size. I'm very short (5'8''), and when I met Alex I was surprised with his diminutive stature for a professinal. But Alex has great passing skills, speed and a deadly wrist shot... he has the tools...
Edit: If Higgins is 6'0''.. then Perezhogin is 5'10''-5'11''... he realy dosen't look big on the ice, or of the ice....
