"Phils' park may open unfinished" Phillies officials say.
mostly, it looks like some of the concession stands won't be finished but the biggest thing is Ashburn Alley. there is a good chance that it won't be finished by the time the season starts which would be a shame because that's when everything get shown off. hopefully the Phils can get it all together by the time of the opening.
