This company has the most complete line of padding and braces I've found. We sell a lot of their 5" Bunga sleeves and the 2.5" discs. I've even used the sleeves to fix shoes.

Before you spend money, tinker with loosening your laces everywhere but the 2 eyelets that lock in your ankle.
