I always hear good stories about people who work hard and are more importantly patient with their Physical Therapy. It's important not to try and rush back out there. But you can look to some hockey players who have had serious injuries and go on to play at the top of their game.

Try Saku Koivu for one.

Best of luck. Again your PT will be the most important factor in getting back on the Ice right now. It will take time but there's nothing you can do about it than try to go through it with a smile and the mindset that each day takes you closer to the sport you love. Confidence man!!
