It makes me think that since they're on the same network they'd do cross-promotions or something, as if the NHL hasn't had enough bad publicity lately, making it seem like the new XFL or something of that sort.

Maybe I'm way off base, but it just gets me thinking.
NHL is and was on UPN already in Many markets. Wings were on UPN for the past well, 15 years. [wasnt always called UPN] Until the contract ran out and Fox swooped in and Purchased every game this season. They never promoted any wrestling event and never will. Thats what commercials are for.
