if you take that, combine it with what he did in 2000 you've got yourself a solid foundation.

but this team always seems to going in a circle. they ship prospects out before getting new one's. Instead of combining them all and forming a core or a foundation, they hold em just long enough to go for a quick fix.

You can't tell me that win, lose or draw Sather couldn't have had a nice little stable starting if he didn't get stupid.

Can you imagine around the 2001 or 2002 season all of these players being here?

York, malhotra, fata, johnsson, tyutin, lampman, murray, lundmark, brendl, etc.

Sure not all of em were gonna make em and you'd certainly need to add on to that list, but it's certainly a better place to start than Ulanov, Karpa, Ciger, etc. etc. etc.

The problem is that this team needs to learn to deal from a position of strength and not always trying to scramble.
recently reports the Anaheim Mighty Ducks gave prospect goalie Ilja Bryzgalov his NHL debut last Tuesday, which the Ducks won in overtime 3-2 with Brysgalov making 26 saves. The site claims the team was "evaluating" the prospect down the stretch as they may trade either J-S Giguere or Martin Gerber in the off-season.
reprt is said to be during draft day nyr could use giguere if we cant get the bulin wall
