TPS Nash is a clone of the Sakic I do believe, and the P92 is pretty close as said above. The lie is a tiny bit off, a tad higher.
And I have no equipment other than what I have lying around the house already. I've never added tape to make things fit in my shaft better, but if you need it you probably got some. And the glue that is on the blade already is sufficient even after repeated inserting. The heat gun is nice to have but your stovetop works just fine...especially if it's electric. If you have gas, you just need to be a bit more careful when you wave your shaft and blade over the heat...but you can do it in a pinch. Your LHS will install for free too if you are afraid of burning it.
And idk any specific model Easton blades only one I can think of is the Fibre Plus model.. But when you buy look for ones with a kevlar runner on the bottom rather than just plain fiberglass like Jarick mentioned. Those do wear out a bit faster but I've found ones with an additional kevlar strip on the bottom last longer.
