When Legwand was leading forwards in powerplay time, he was getting a lot of ghost points through out-of-the-ordinary plays by Zidlicky, Walker, Timonen, and Johansson.
It's harder to get the ghost points when you're not playing with the best players on the team and getting nearly 20 minutes of ice time a game. And since that luxury has been taken away from Legwand, he's got 4 points in 17 games, which is far more reflective of how he's played this season.
Legwand got 3 ghost points tonight...one of them a game winner; I bet that was just a lucky bounce on the rebound for Legwand eh?
