I don't think that Vancouver will allow themselves to be the only team out of the 3 he's played for not to have that number in the rafters. I don't think that thier ceremony will be anything near as nice as either Edmonton's or NY's I do believe that they will honor the man as well.

Just my opinion.
I can't understand why vancouver would ever consider retiring his number. He played there for what 3 years? They never went to the playoffs (i'm not entirly sure on that) and never sniffed a cup. He won cups in ny and edmonton, played there for atleast a decade and was at some time (and his entire time with the rangers) the face of the franchise. I think it would be kinda pathetic if vancouver retired his number.
