No prejudice intended, but...

this team could use a good 'ol boy from Western Canada on its wing. Sometimes you gotta say wtf, make your move. Size and toughness on the wing in the form of a guy who can also score is sorely needed. Edge has convinced me he's the way to go. I almost hope the Rangers end up with a draft position that forces Sather to take him.

jas..if Lundmark and the team's highest #2 pick gets a top 10, I'd do that in a second (and would almost consider Toronto's #1 and Lundmark). I wouldn't trade Poti, Lundmark and a #2 for a top 10 pick, though. Even though it's a top 10 pick, I'm not doing a 3 for 1 trade unless it's for the #1 overall, and that isn't happening, most likely. I actually liked Poti once Leetch was gone. He played better when he was 'the' offensive guy out there. Skated very well with the puck, moved the puck well, passed well, and played the PP very well. I'm not totally adverse to keeping him, provided this team does figure out a way to find a defensive complement to him.
