I have just begun something similiar. I have been a goltender since I was.. About 6and I stopped at the age of 17. Now, three years later, I thought, why not give it a shot again, this time, as a regular player. Sure I've been on skates alot, but the swap from goalie'skates to regular is a bit of a tricky change. I've mastered the basics so far, from about a month of skating regulary. And alot. 4-5 times a week, 1-3 hours a session. So quite alot. I have been playing floorball with friends at school through the years so puckhandling came naturally, but still a long way to go to reach a good level of skating.

Any particular exercises besides the regular 8 one can do?

Oh and, Goalies, I know your weaknesses.
