Here you go:

"Scary explanation: Defenseman Joel Bouchard, whose diet consisted mainly of fish, fruit and vegetables, said he's been suffering from mercury poisoning since December. The symptoms include vision problems, headaches, confusion, memory loss and tingling in the hands, and were originally thought to be the result of a concussion. Bouchard said the mercury poisoning — his level is nearly three times the normal mercury level —intensified the concussion symptoms. Bouchard, who previously in his career suffered from meningitis and a non-cancerous tumor in his neck, will spend about a month in a California clinic."

If you're interested in more general information about mercury poisoning there's been a lot written recently (in the States at least) because the Bush adminstration is trying to loosen the rules about the levels of mercury coal burning power plants produce.
