I agree that at least 7 preferably 8 or more hours of sleep per night. I dont skate 5 times a week but I work out about 5-6 days a week and get 7 hours of sleep a night. Between work and working out that is all I have time for. I sleep on the train for an hour a day though. Adding to your 6 hours of sleep should help you feel better.
