It's hard for me to say, none of my friends are too bright. i think it's natural too an extent that different generations have a different definition of 'cool'.
What I like is that because of availability, my kids can appreciate mucic or humour that I enjoy, more easily than 30 years ago. I never asked to borrow Dad's Perry Como records.
