From what I've seen in Hamilton over a dozen games or so this year, Plekanec is the closest IMHO. Wether there is role for him in Montreal is up for debate. Some would believe that Perezhogin could make it out of training camp next year. He certainly has the skills but I'm not convinced he can adapt to NHL calibre play just yet. It did take him a while to get use to the AHL after all. I'd love to be proven wrong, mind you.
