Will the "love affair" continue, or will the fans turn on Kovalev?

Sorry guys but methinks you're kidding yourself. For the most part, Kovie has gotten the cold shoulder from the team, media and many of the fans since he arrived in the Montreal pressure cooker. I sincerely doubt that he will have much interest in signing a contract with the Habs after the playoffs are over. Souray and Julien's public castigation will not help in the face of their defence of Ribeiro.
No matter what happens, you do not call out a team mate in public. That being said, if you're going to call Kovie out, you sure as hell should be calling Ribeiro out.
Sure Kovie was wrong, hell even if he was somewhat hurt, have the good sense to at least fall on the damn puck.
Further, in Souray's case, if 2 players are skating at like 5 kilometers per hour, have the good sense not to bump into the last man back for crying out loud.
Finally, it looks gloomy but the series is NOT over yet. It ain't over until its over and the Bruins are hardly looking like a team of destiny. It's not like a whole slew of teams have not been able to come back from being down 3-1 in a playoff series.
