I find it tough to fathom how one can argue how we’ve been the better team when we’ve lost more than we’ve won. Being the better team means putting W’s on the scoresheet, it doesn’t matter how you get them. In the end the Cup is awarded to whomever wins the most games, not who "deserved" to win the most.
Exactly. And if you are blowing leads because you are coughing up the puck in your own end and in the neutral zone, does that mean you are the better team, even though you look better because you have better team speed?
