Over the last few games, aren't we just seeing the Chimera we expected from the start of the season? His experience with the national team in the Worlds was thought by many to be the boost he needed to become a top-six type of forward. He certainly did not take that step out of the gate, but maybe the confidence shown him by Hitch and Howson is the added factor he needed to get to that level. I certainly hope so, because we really need the jump he's displayed in this recent stretch.
