If you look back to 1993, the Habs were in a war with Quebec and then all those overtime games with Buffalo. Once they hit the third round against NYI they had a much easier time and then against LA John LeClair helped salt things away with overtime winners. By the last game LA had nothing left but the Habs were flying that game with speed to burn.

If the Habs prevail against TB, that's a big IF right now, the playoffs might unfold in simular fashion for the Habs. We shall see!
