Ask me who I'd rather have and I'd easily say Jokinen, but I that trade being made. I can't see the organization trading Legwand after using him as a sign that the team is going to keep its players after a terrible off season.
We can justify it because of Legwand's DUI. This kind of behavoir won't be tolerated

I agrree, it's not the best PR move, but it happens. That's what no-trade clauses are for. You have a chance to upgrade your team, you do it, IMO.

I would rather include Suter than Florida 1st.
