I think I'll just have to repeat my comment on Riberio

Is he a good top 6 players on an expansion team? => definitely.
Is he a good top 6 player on a winning team in regular season? => Yes
Is he going to be a factor is playoff time? => Hell no.
Can he get better in the future to become a better person and hockey player => Yes
Is he going to be effective come playoff time? => Hell no.
Is his ultimate potential enough to be the 2nd line centre of a cup winning team? => Hell no.
Is there any sign Habs is going to find someone to replace Riberio next season? (that is.. IF there is a season) => Yes (Lang)

Riberio is a good player but his size, speed and skill combination makes him a superstar outside NHL. In NHL he is just marginal. To win a cup we need a better 2nd line centre than Riberio.

Just my 2 cents.
