Ah... I take it you saw the Kings-Habs game that was broadcast on Hockey Night in Canada in late March. Garon stole the show that night.

The Habs have Garon under contract for another two years. At some point they will have to make a decision - trade Garon or Theodore. It would definately be with a Western Conference team. If L.A. hasn't solved their goaltending dilemma by then, I could totally see the possibility of a deal there. The Habs would be looking for size - up front and on the back end - in return.

Could be one of those rare blockbuster deals that benefits both teams. (Gainey has done it before: Iginla for Nieuwendyk. Rebuilding Calgary got their future franchise player. Dallas got their cup.)
