He has taken time to adapt but still has room for great improvement. No way would I trade him for a prospect who has proven nothing. Like some of the other super prospects, he may fulfill all his potential and become an elite player; however, its very possible that he will fall somewhere short of mega-super-duper star. He is not the Second Coming folks.
