Would Keith Primeau work as a Pred?

I think he is a UFA and he made 5,000,000 in his last contract. But if the new CBA includes some sort of cost certainty, then teams like Nashville might be one of the few looking to make some additions. Primeau is huge, he can skate, he plays defense and wins faceoffs. If his value is something around 3 mil in the new CBA, I see we try and lure him. He wouldn't be too bad playing with Walker and Sullivan. He's got great defensive skills but when put in the right position, he's been very productive. The Flyers used him more in a shutdown role this season and it drove his numbers down. He's older at 33-34 but could be a great leader for us. Just a thought.

If this scenerio plays out (new CBA, salary cap), do we become a suitor for Primeau?
