I love the Red Sox (or hate the Yankees) but also hate the Patriots and the Bruins and I honestly don't care about the Celtics. The hate factor comes mainly from the rivalries (Habs-Bruins, Colts-Pats, Red Sox-Yankees). Even though I hate teams, I can always give them credits (like you guys drafting Patrice Bergeron either because the Habs didn't want him or you guys took him before us or by drafting my hometown hero in Raymond Bourque). You guys in Boston have one team in every major sports. We don't (losing the Expos was a big blow for the city). We only have the Canadiens and that's mainly why we're die hard fans and willing to go miles to support OUR team. The Habs = the people's team. Here in Montreal, the only thing you read/watch/listen on the newspapers/tv/radio is mainly about the Habs whereas in Boston, you can talk about the Red Sox, Celtics, Patriots, NCAAF, NCAAB, Bruins...
