There are some scouts who think NCAA players don't play enough games, or that they play against inferior competition. Then there are scouts who believe the QMJHL is full of fancy skaters & scorers. Or that European leagues don't offer enough physical play. Alot of scouts have their biases against different leagues.

So in the Schremp situation, if our scouts feel he and another player are about even everywhere on the chart, the fact that he plays in the "O" might come into play.
