That'd be a good fly on the wall issue. Did Carbo or Melanson, have a direct opinion that influenced Gainey ? Did Gainey say he was planning something, and what do you guys think ? Did Gainey just ask how they thought the goaltending would play out down teh stretch, and Gainey said, well if that's the case, let's make it very clear.

No idea. I'd love to be party to how these things evolve. Then again, they probably involve alcohol and blackmail so...
