Tyutin was a kid who had the offensive touch but needed {and still needs} work on his defense and his physical play.

Baranka is a kid who can check, play the defensive game but needs to gain confidence in his ability to break out of the zone and make passes. He is showing that in the playoffs and is progressing very nicely.

Baranka reminds me of a better Bryce Lampman. His game at the pro level will likely be simple and stay at home. If i was going to compare him to a player {and this isn't a projection so much as a style comparison} he'd be a less nasty Kevin Lowe. Steady, not flashy, acting almost as a second goalie while having just enough skill tomove the puck effectivly.
You say less nasty but baranka gets mean at times and i think he will be a meaner kevin lowe if anything dont forget hes 18
