Well..the true bottom line is..If you want to lose weight, eat right.
You can do as much body lifting you want, if you eat junk more times than not during a week, you wont lose weight.
If you want to lose weight, its also much better to lift smaller weights and do more reps, as you'll cut your body up instead of putting on muscle mass.
