So you're saying unless he scores he's not noticed? Playing 70+ games and 12 minutes a night at a -2 clip means that the majority of the time he is doing things that don't hurt the team. Certainly that is worth something? Like playing defense, being physical, neutralizing the opponents in some fashion. Those things are valued during a hockey game aren't they? -2 tell me he is doing a good job at all around hockey and not a liability to the team whatsoever.
Considering he is 20 and isn't hurting the team, why not play the guy?
If Dandenault plays 60+ games at -11, he is doing alot more to hurt the team than Lats. PLus he has absolutely no upside.
