I'd take both Canada's and the USA's defense and goaltending over Russia anyday.
Canada's yeah.

Russia and USA are similar.

Korneev = Martin
Kalinin = Gleason
Grebeskov = Gilbert
Ballard = Markov

Those guys are all pretty sturdy and equal.

The rest on both teams are guys I don't know or #5-7 guys, respectively.
