switch the coach alone, and i think this team is already considerably better. Once Quinn left, I could see the difference in the way the team plays. They play soft, the PP is not as effective, theyve had defensive issues, and he hurt some of the younger players development.
He was one of Toronto's biggest problems IMO, and i think Leafs and Hurricanes fans both feel he was not a good coach.

I found just the opposite, but you'd be a better judge then me. My only reference is the games TO played the Habs. I just found with Maurice, the Leafs played a much more "in your face" forcheck/offensive game that drove teams nuts. If anything it was poor defense that was the Leaf's downfall. Again, from my limited exposure.
