Martin. He has experience molding a young team into a nice system. H edidnt advance as far in the playoffs, but it not his fault he has a mediocre goalie. For once we'd be getting a coach with no question marks. A proven and respected coach who's taken a young team before. GREAT.
I like McGill and he's doing really well.... which is why I leave him in Hartford. Over the next 4 years we should have some very good youth coming through the system, and I like how he's molded them into a team. If 3-4 years from now you want to promote him after he's coached a ton of these guys then great, but for now let's have a solid successful coach for our young players at Hartford.
