Agreed 100%.

To me, the decision to start with a clean slate was a no-brainer. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, but if Gillis fires AV at some point this coming season, he's cost ownership hundreds of thousands of dollars, as well as potentially missing out on a lot of very good replacements.
