A couple people I know are close to the OHL (long time OHL scout, billet and Generals season ticket holder) and they tell me as OHl regs that Subban has little chance for the NHL.

I've never seen him live I have no comeback for that, but for what I've read here.

On positive attitude he's a champ though.
Well...I think he's gonna be an effective 2nd-3rd pairing in the NHL one day.

He's built like a tank, he's got speed, great offensive instinct, hard shot, he can rush the puck like a forward.

I don't think he's gonna be a 1st pairing, but a PP specialist for sure. Don't forget, for the first time this season, he played against 1st line each night..something he didn't do last year. And guess what ? He's better than what the coach thought.

I think he's in the mold of Campbell, Liles or Rafalski which mean small d-men with tremendous offensive instincts but not that excellent in defensive (except Rafalski). He has the character too! It seems that his kid only wants to get better and better..so with that package of skills, passion, work ethic and size...I can't see any reason why he wouldn't play in the NHL.
