But McKenna was never actually good in front of the net on the PP. He was basically just a big screen.

Holmstrom does a lot more than just stand there. He's smart and knows what he's doing, tracks the play and makes sure he's positioned well, and knows how to get those chances when they do come in front. There's a lot of skill that goes into that and just throwing someone big in front of the net only scratches the surface.
