A fine, administrative sanctions, ok.
This is not spygate, in-game issues, or tampering with FA's. It is over a suit regarding the team's website. No way the league handicapps the Rangers on the hockey side
I agree 100%. There is no way that this should have ANY impact on the hockey part of things. There was no cheating involved.
