I don't think you're getting the point. It doesn't matter if Iginla would have stayed down or not. Flames and their fans would be calling for a 5 minute major and suspensions too.

The Flames will come out tomorrow hitting just as hard, if notharder than the game before. Everyone will get their checks in on Lecavalier, assuming he plays -- I wouldn't if I were him.
Why wouldn't you play if you were him? Because you fear having your head nailed into the boards at anytime?
