I'm not liking what I'm hearing. If this is how he feels, then he should find another team that's is willing to put all its eggs in his basket because that is not a winning formula.

I agree....sounds selfish and a bit arrogant. YOU sacrifice for the team, NOT the team sacrifices for you.
