.come on viper... teams built entire game plans on how to stop Jagr, they will never do that for drury. Jagr was constantly hooked, crosscheck, grabbed and no penalties called. Drury doesn't have to deal w/ that.
jagr basically played every shift against top dmen, or a teams first line and in many cases both. If not the teams first line we would see an insane defensive forward shadowing him. Jagr was roughed up more than anybody on the team. Do you think that Drury would be able to take the pounding from Komisarek, Gill, pandolfo, etc. as easily as Jagr. Although Drury might get a couple more penalty calls because he would fall easier (which is sorta a good thing).
I don't get how you are making an argument that Drury is equal to Jagr offensively. You are making every excuse for Drury, which as I have shown you can do the same for Jagr. Drury never was, and will never will be in the same ballpark offensively as Jagr. he is however a better all around player than Jagr, and a better leader. There is no denying that. But to say Drury is on par offensively w/ Jagr is ridiculous. I know you hate Jagr but now its just silly
