If he shapes up (literally) and plays hard, he can be a force. But if he keeps starting teh season a little chunky and coasts when he feels like it, he could just as easily be forgettable.
But hey, if the Sedins can get what they did out of Carter and (to a lesser extent) Pyatt, maybe they can overcome some of Bernier's deficiencies.
sounds like another young, big powerforward we got from the new york area a few years back (woot woot, first one to claim that Bernier is the "next bertuzzi"! do I get a cookie for that?)
