First of all, I don't think they're done with they're offseason moves. There are simply TOO many forwards who are ready to play in the NHL. But, more to the point regarding "gelling"... I think this team will take LESS time to gel than last year's did. Even if they make more moves as I think they will. The whole point has been to build a more cohesive team that fits better together - and I think they've been successful at that goal. And as a result, they should hit their stride a lot quicker, and more confidently, than they did last year.

It's hard to lose a talent like Jagr, but this should be one of the side benefits of finally turning the team over to Gomez and Drury.
