I try to go to the gym for an hour before I play. Usual 7 minute warm up on the bike and then lift weights. Avoid fatiguing and usually staw away from my legs. When I get to the rink I feel strong, that nice adreanaline rush and ready to play hockey. Plus my guns look awesome in the dri fit.
