Did anyone watch ESPNNEWS after the game?

I switched over to ESPNNEWS after ABC and CBC had moved on and they were still showing on-ice celebrations. One of the Lighting players (he was in the #30's and it wasn't Modin or Khabi) was doing some fake wrestling stunts with Hulk Hogan and some other pro wrestler. The announcers weren't really paying attention to what was on the screen and were re-capping some stats and storylines from the series. The one then goes on to say "What a great night for the NHL". Then the wrestler (not Hogan) yells at the top of his lungs and on air "F***in A".

First of all which player were these wrestlers with? I think it was Andre Roy.

Secondly, why were there pro wrestlers on the ice? Is it traditional for "celebrities" to make on-ice apperances?
