Wrong, the CBA doesn't expire until Sept 15, and Modin & St. Louis are set to become RFA's on July 1, meaning they will become RFA's before the CBA expires, and the changes in the CBA will not affect their free agent status in that way. The changes in the CBA affect things from that point forward, not that year and forward.
