What part of his play this year lead you to believe he has that in him, because I certainly missed it.

He's not a very aggressive or physical player at all, and history has proven that particular area isn't exactly one that just develops because someone gets bigger.

IMO Green and Schultz arent even close. Green is a steady, but not flashy top 4 defenseman while Schultz reminds me a lot of Petr Popovic. Big but not physical at all. The only thing he has going for him is his size, if he were even 3 inches short he's a third rounder. But people see a 6'6 frame and they drool.
Judging by THN's description, Schultz is physical, but could be more physical, and he lacks a mean streak. It is not just his frame that I like, he is also good defensively and contributes offensively and is a good passer and skates well too.
