Olesz had some consistency issues this season, but I really believe he has the stuff to be the best player in this draft IF he can put the pieces together.

Thelen impressed me like no other 17 year old in college, but he too is going to need a lot of work.

I honestly think Thelen has a higher upside than Barker but Barker is a much safer bet.

But IF both guys develop, the potential would be there to have two franchise players.
Olesz and Thelen would be pretty much my dream draft assuming of course Malkin and Ovalchicken are unavailable. I just think we have the potential of getting 2 franchise players at best, and at worst a very solid 3rd liner and a very nice 4th d-man. All in all - it's a risk I'm willing to take. It doesn't seem like there are too many sure things - but those guys are two guys I would feel comfortable betting on.

It's not like our other top forward prospect at Dartmouth is a project...
