The hardcore fan is the basis of any team, the people who go to games for business will move onto different sports when there is a lockout. A hardcore fan will always come back.

Trying to attract a business man who doesnt care less about the team is an incredibly short sited way of doing things.

Hardcore fans = more atmoshpere = more wins = attracts more fans = more money
suits = silent arena = less wins = less money = less fans

Ticket prices are just stupid in the NHL, if there is a cap then its only right some of that saving is passed onto the fans.
