Wow, that is a really bad proposal. Gionta's useful, but he's only signed for another year. I wouldn't be surprised if Vishnevski clears waivers at this point. Vrana is still highly unproven.

Meanwhile, Suter is signed for a reasonable amount for the next 4 years. Ditto Weber for the next 3.

Honestly, the flipside would be like:

New Jersey: Mathieu Schneider, Todd Marchant, Ryan Carter, and a 3rd
Anaheim: Zach Parise
