Personally, I have been a believer in not taking goalies very early, though I must say I'm starting to change my mindset.

I always used to think goalies have little trade value, and for the most part that's likely true because there simply aren't many organizational spots for goalies, but on the other hand, maybe the reality is that their trade value is so HIGH when they pan out well that they simply aren't traded?
